Why does my Honda Accord 2000 car stereo skip my CDs?

-I've noticed recently that when I listen to CDs in my Honda Accord it tends to start skipping. At first I thought it was just because the CDs were scratched but the problem occurs with every single CD I own, even ones that are literally just out of the store. Also, the same CD will never skip in the same place (one day it will skip on track 1 and then the next day it will skip on track 4.) I wanted to know if maybe this is a problem that can be fixed or if I may just have to replace the stereo in general?You probably have to clean the lens inside.
