Car cd deck help!!!!!!!!!!!!1?

-okay, i hooked up a Rampage Cd deck to my 2002 malibu. bought the wiring harness and everything and i know its hooked up right, the problem is there is no power to the deck. ive had a few people look at it and no one can figure it out. We checked all the fuses, everything. any suggestions????
